Impressions from a Mini Me owner after her first “tighten up” visit
Dear George and the Humble Road Staff:
I want you to know that I truly appreciate the wonderful service I experienced last Tuesday during my 1st Annual “Workmanship Maintenance” visit. I have always considered myself lucky to own a Humble Road van, but now I better understand what that means.
During this free-of-labor charge service, all my hose clamps and cable connections were inspected, and, if necessary, adjusted. George stands by his workmanship and truly cares about your safety. After a few hours at his shop, I drove away feeling elated.
The extra care and attention to my little concerns were all addressed: A heavy duty magnet was added to each drawer to keep it closed while driving. He adjusted my water heater and while the drawer box was out, I requested the night light switch be closest to the bed, which I feel will make it easier to find the switch at night. And, to my surprise, a new USB-C plug had been supplied at no additional cost. This was certainly unexpected.
I have always found George to be very responsive to any questions I may have about the van, but when I left, I knew I was going to have an amazing carefree camping season.
